News on Insurance Company of East Africa Limited (ICEA) and Lion of Kenya (LOK) merger
TO ALL OUR ESTEEMED CUSTOMERS AND BUSINESS PARTNERS
In view of the merger of Insurance Company of East Africa Limited (ICEA) and Lion of Kenya Insurance Company Limited (LOK) to form the ICEA LION Group, Lion of Kenya Insurance Company Limited will be relocating its
operations from Williamson House to ICEA Building with effect from 19th December 2011.
Please note that the two companies will start trading as one entity from the 1st of January 2012. All clients, intermediaries and business partners are assured that the ICEA LION Group is committed to continue building on the proud history, culture of innovation and excellence established over the years by ICEA and Lion of Kenya.
Insurance cover in force will not be affected by the merger.
We will be giving more details before end of the year.
